As a member of the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) and having the support of the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, continuous learning, ethical practices, and ongoing development of the real estate agency profession. The increasing expectations of consumers have driven us towards greater professionalization and have made it essential for us to adapt to changes in the regulatory landscape, such as the Property Cooling Measures and Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) Framework.


We, realtors play a diverse role as facilitators, advisors, and consultants to our client’s buying and selling process. With the introduction of many Property Cooling Measures and Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR)Framework, there were major changes in the various regulations and policies on various types of property financing. Being an accredited Mortgage Planner, equip me with the knowledge and skills on mortgage planning for their clients. I am empowered with the knowledge and skill in mortgage planning, the special skill enables me to add value to the buying and selling process of real estate really benefits my client. As a certified mortgage planner who has an in-depth knowledge of mortgage planning will be able to chart out my client’s finances holistically and recommend the right instruments to generate more wealth.


For property investors, I can help them understand the different types of loans available and choose the loan that is most suitable for their investment profile.
